Not Happy with Your Purchase?

At M. Steinert & Sons, we prioritize your satisfaction with every piano purchase. Understanding that selecting a piano is a significant decision, we offer flexible options for returns and exchanges.

OUR POLICY

New Standard and In-Stock Used Pianos

Full Refund Before Delivery: We offer a full refund on any new standard production piano or in-stock used piano before it has left our facility, minus M. Steinert & Sons’ out-of-pocket expenses (credit card processing fees, preparation time, and storage in excess of 1 month).

Return within 3 Days: If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the instrument in like-new condition within 3 days of delivery.  Please note, you will be responsible for delivery and pick-up charges, as well as any credit card fees associated with the transaction.

EXCHANGE AND UPGRADE OPTIONS

Exchange within 1 Month

You have the option to exchange your instrument for another one of equal or greater value within 1 month of delivery. Standard delivery and pick-up charges apply.

Alternatively, you can request a refund within this period. This refund will be subject to delivery and pick-up fees and a 10% restocking fee.

SPECIAL NOTES

Custom and Special Order Pianos

Please note that orders for custom and special order pianos are final and cannot be canceled. These unique instruments are crafted or procured to your specific requirements.
